I spent a such wonderful time here, can recommend to anyone. The hotel was lovely traditional, had appropriate rooms. The staff was really friendly, really made a difference to my business trip. Free Wi-Fi was very good and the service was friendly! The property had a great and stunning location minutes from Bonn Marketplace. It was a beautiful area, a great base for me.

The unending kindness and service-mindedness of the staff. Very comfortable room, extremely comfortable bed and linen and everything was as clean as a whistle. The breakfast was also delicious!

The location right on the market square is fantastic! The room had a cozy vibe and was clean, although the shower was really small. With no air conditioning, it got a bit too warm at night ☀️

The hotel's location is perfect; it is located in the down town area of Bonn where you can find all your needs few steps away from the hotel. The visitor to the hotel will be able to shop, listen to music or enjoy the ice cream at any cafe near the hotel. The staff are very much helpful and able to answer pretty much any question you might have.

The first thing I wasn't pleased about is having no Arabic tv channels, not even one. Also, the food quality at the breakfast buffet wasn't as good as it should be.

My conference was at the University so I could fall out of bed and be there. Apparently a much better location that the conference official hotel. I loved having access to the fitness center. The front desk staff were so pleasant and helpful. My morning pot of hot water with tea was often delivered before I hung up the phone. The hotel was quiet. I loved my view into the courtyard. I had a delightful stay!

The location right on the market square was fantastic. I loved the vibrant atmosphere and the fresh produce stalls nearby. The hotel itself has a charming historic appeal, with lovely high ceilings. My room was spacious and very clean. The fresh brotchen at breakfast was a good touch, especially enjoyed alongside Beethoven music playing softly in the background. The bathroom layout was quite unusual. The shower area was cramped. On a warm summer day, the lack of air conditioning made for an uncomfortable night, as opening the windows let in too much noise from the square. Despite a few inconveniences, the overall stay was pleasant, largely due to the wonderful location and character of the hotel.

I booked a guest room with central heating, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

Free Wi-Fi was great, but the room felt dated. Enjoyed 24-hour reception.

This was the first hotel we stayed in as part of a holiday travelling near to the river Rhine from the uk. We were given a room which was quite compact but it had a balcony which overloooked the market place and it was great to wake up on the first morning to a lovely sunny viewpoint. The staff were all very helpful and spoke good English. We would stay there again if ever we were in Bonn.

We loved the central location and ease of grabbing a train at the Hbf. The breakfast was spectacular! All of the staff are extremely polite and welcoming. I would recommend the Sternhotel to everyone going to Bonn!

For coffee lovers, the cafe out front overlooking the square is a must-visit. Heads up, parking can be tricky, so plan accordingly!

Fantastic situation in the market square. Very quiet. 24 hour staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast restaurant and options. Ideal central location for business. Absolutely central for tourism and shops all within a few minutes. With location this hotel offers excellent value for money.
